Use this page to send a message to a phone number on WhatsApp that is not already in your contacts. Just enter the number below and when complete click upon the link which will open that number in WhatsApp.
This tool requires that you have the Windows version of WhatsApp installed. This is available from the Windows Store (just search WhatsApp).
This tool should also work on a mobile device that has WhatsApp installed but that has not been tested.
